Our Pickup Policy is designed to make it easy and convenient for you to collect your purchases directly from the vendor’s store.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The vendor will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Location
You can pick up your order from the vendor’s store location listed in your order confirmation. Please ensure you check the store’s operating hours before heading out.
Pickup Time-frame
Orders must be picked up within 2 days from the time they are ready. If the order is not picked up within this time-frame, it may be cancelled, and a refund may not be provided.
Identification
Please bring a valid ID and a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) when picking up your order.
Delegate Pickup
If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please inform the vendor in advance and ensure they bring a valid ID and a copy of the order confirmation.
Order Inspection
We recommend inspecting your order at the time of pickup. If you notice any issues, please notify the vendor immediately.
